Mental health issues are at an all-time high. Yet only half of the people who need therapy actually receive it. We know that prevention could address the root causes – but mental health prevention still doesn’t fit easily into daily life.
Kindori wants to change that.

Our team works with kindergartens and schools to build emotional fitness from an early age. By supporting both children and the adults around them in making emotional well-being part of everyday life, we lay the foundation for lasting emotional health.

Katharina Schäfer
Chief Emotions Organizer (CEO) & Emotional Fitness Trainer
Kat is an educator with a deep passion for exploring the role emotions play in our everyday lives. She focuses on creating emotionally safe environments where people can grow. Her work combines expertise with genuine presence, making space for emotional growth – safe, courageous, and authentic. She’s the visionary force behind Kindori, always fueling our journey with fresh ideas and a clear sense of purpose.

Julia Freisleder
Chief Optimism Officer (COO) & Designer
Julia is a designer at heart and responsible at Kindori for smooth workflows, marketing, and the visual design of our products. As a brand and web designer, she shapes the look and feel of Kindori and everything we create. With her optimism and sense of humor, she also takes on the role of Feel Good Manager – both in our internal processes and in the way we communicate with the world.

Luca Wehner
Chief Tension Optimizer (CTO) & Software Engineer
Luca is our software engineer, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the technical side at Kindori. He leads the development of our app, combining seamless implementation and testing with a strong focus on human-centered design. With a calm mindset and structured approach, he turns complex technology into simple, user-friendly experiences.
